It is up to us to spread awareness and to inform the public and our colleagues, through campaigns, workshops and symposia, about the importance of using their medication wisely and taking it appropriately. I believe Medicine Awareness is a portfolio in which a pharmacist can serve as a life saver, but there still remains a huge capacity to improve the patients’ safety.
