OPPORTUNITIES:
• Biweekly encounters with Ecology and tribal partners on Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00pm
VISION:
• Sacred Salmon Cohort collective reflections and invitation to participate in offered action calls that engage their communities in WA, OR, ID, MT, and CA
Sacred Salmon cohort participants will engage in authentic encounters with Ecology leaders and Indigenous partners and be invited to join pilgrimage opportunities and lead community action in support of tribal-led ecology campaigns in their parish or community.
TIMELINE:
Sacred Salmon cohort series offered by IPJC from April 30th through June 25th.
HOPE & LAUDATO SI’ LEGACY IN THIS JUBILEE YEAR OF PILGRIMAGE: Participants will invite their communities to support environmental justice campaigns led by Se’Si’Le, Khimstonik, Nimíipuu Protecting the Environment, Save Our wild Salmon, and IPJC. They are welcome to organize community actions and pilgrimages to sacred salmon sites.
