Stäubli Tec-Systems GmbH Robotics
HE robots for industrial parts cleaning The acronym HE stands for Humid Environment and designates the Stäubli six-axis robots which are designed for use in wet rooms. The fully encapsulated arms are in IP65 protection as standard. This protection classification can be increased even further by using the Stäubli overpressure
unit. The machine’s wrist has IP67 protection and even allows for submersion in liquid media. The vertical cable entry is particularly useful in wet areas. All connection ends are protected against moisture under the robot’s base. Coated housing parts, special seals and stainless steel
components are used especially to ensure the sustainable use of HE robots. These characteristics predestine the robot for being used on parts cleaning lines, especially when it comes to the automated cleaning of industrial components such as gearboxes, turbocharger housings and much more. ‹

CLEANING SYSTEMS
TURBO-CLEAN GmbH
Compact cleaning systems for production lines Founded 1993, Turbo-Clean Germany began specializing in both, the construction of automatic production machines and the Turbo-Clean automatic inline cleaning machines. The company holds over 20 patents in areas such as production- and application technology, inline
cleaning machines and custom designed cleaning machinery. It was the mass-production of heavily oiled parts that made the development, manufacture and distribution of inline cleaning machines necessary. The company’s standard cleaning machines are ecologically and

fine cleaning which is for example required in the chip production. When treated in this way, parts reach residual dirt levels below 5 mg/sqm. Hereby, the crucial point is the qualitative and quantitative verification
