AkzoNobel’s Salcomix PaintFinder Cloud Expands with Two New Colour Collections AkzoNobel has made two new colour collections available in its Salcomix PaintFinder cloud.

launched by AkzoNobel last year to provide remote access to over 600,000 colour
formulations. This is a new service developed by the company using the latest technologies, in order to offer its customers the widest possible range of colours from which to choose the formulation that best suits their needs. Today, the 27 product lines already available at the time of the market launch of this new advanced tool have expanded the formulation offer by incorporating 2 new colour collections: • Sikkens 5051 Color Concept: the 2077 colours of the Sikkens Decorative swatch book are now available in various product formulations. With the relative fandecks, the customer will have the possibility to view a wide range of matte colours and will be able to activate the Sikkens 5051 colour collection in the Connecting Color app for smartphones using the pocket colourimeter Color Finder, the colour matching system launched by AkzoNobel at the same time as PaintFinder. • Sikkens Color Map: the 3867 pastel colours of this historic colour collection in gradation of shades used for the Sikkens car refinish range are available in different series of Salcomix products.
