BRAND-NEW “THE PRE-PAINTED METAL SHEETS”: THE FOURTH EDITION OF THE ECCA MANUAL HAS BEEN RELEASED “I laminati metallici preverniciati”: esce la quarta edizione del manuale ECCA ECCA Italy, with the support of EOS Mktg & Communication and ipcm®, has published the fourth edition of the manual “The prepainted metal”. The book was presented at the Annual Meeting of the ECCA Italian National Group, which was held last May 24 at the headquarters of the associated Condoroil Chemical Srl, in Casale Litta (VA, Italy). The first technical manual on prepainted metal was written by ECCA members in 1977. The passion for the product was such that updating the book became one of the missions of the Italian Association of Coil Coating (A.I.C.C., 1980). Today, after fourteen years, this fourth edition is the result of the renewed ECCA National Group Italy, with new technical chapters and an extensive section in English, to analyze and study the changes and the evolution that the prepainted metal industry has faced. For those interested, the book is available at the association ECCA Italy upon request. ECCA - European Coil Coating Association was founded in 1967, its headquarters are in Brussels, and has about 129 member companies, 102 of which in Europe and 27 in the rest of the world. Among the members there are 38 European coil coaters and 16 nonEuropean ones. CCA Italia, con il supporto di EOS Mktg&Communication e Ipcm®, ha pubblicato la quarta edizione del manuale “I laminati metallici preverniciati”.Il libro è stato presentato nel corso dell’Assemblea annuale del gruppo nazionale italiano di ECCA, che si è svolta lo scorso 24 maggio presso la sede dell’associato Condoroil Chemical Srl, a Casale Litta (VA). Il primo manuale tecnico sul metallo preverniciato fu scritto dai soci ECCA nel 1977. La passione per il prodotto fu tale che l’aggiornamento del libro divenne una delle missioni dell’Associazione Italiana Coil Coating (A.I.C.C., © IPCM dal 1980). Oggi, dopo quattordici anni e tre riedizioni, questa quarta edizione rappresenta il risultato del lavoro del rinnovato ECCA National Group Italia. Il libro non solo aggiorna i dati e i contenuti presenti nell’ultima versione ma comprende anche nuovi capitoli tecnici e un’ampia sezione in inglese, per analizzare e approfondire i cambiamenti e l’evoluzione che il settore del preverniciato ha affrontato.
