In these last 20 years, CM SPRAY Srl has focused on quality and experience as its business card. Its new systems for the electronic mixing of multi-component coatings, for example with the Coriolis technology, are the latest development in this industry. Its electrostatic painting systems (manual or automatic) complete its range of high technology products for the liquid coating field. As regards heat-sensitive materials such as MDF, solid wood and plastic, thanks to its partnership with TRIAB INNOVATIONS, SPRAY-SA and RAMSEIER KOATINGS, this company has the right powder coating solution for products such as kitchen cabinet doors in MDF, wood chairs, assembled electric motors and pre-loaded gas springs.

The company caters to the market with the goal of providing technical answers to those businesses wishing to improve the quality and lower the costs of their products and processes. That is why it does not only supply “turnkey” solutions for the most common needs, but it has also specialised in some niche markets and particular applications, also offering a prototyping process for new solutions. Negli ultimi 20 anni CM SPRAY ha puntato completamente su qualità ed esperienza. I nuovi sistemi per la miscelazione elettronica di vernici pluri-componenti con tecnologia Coriolis, per esempio, rappresentano l’ultimo sviluppo della tecnologia di verniciatura. I sistemi di verniciatura elettrostatici, manuali oppure automatici, completano la gamma di prodotti ad alta tecnologia offerti nel campo della verniciatura a liquido. Per quanto riguarda la verniciatura a polveri di materiali termicamente sensibili (come MDF, legno massello e plastica), l’azienda, in partnership con TRIAB INNOVATIONS, SPRAY-SA e RAMSEIER KOATINGS, è in grado di garantire la verniciatura a polveri di prodotti come antine da cucina in MDF, sedie in legno, motori elettrici già assemblati e molle a gas già caricate.
L’azienda si rivolge al mercato con l’obiettivo di offrire risposte tecniche alle aziende che desiderano migliorare la qualità e abbattere i costi dei propri prodotti e processi. Per questo motivo, non fornisce soltanto prodotti “chiavi in mano” per le esigenze più comuni, ma si è specializzata anche in nicchie di mercato e applicazioni molto particolari, offrendo anche la prototipizzazione di nuove soluzioni. È in grado di sviluppare, ad esempio, soluzioni per applicazioni speciali, anche in elettrostatica, di colle, resine e smalti ceramici a base acqua (fig. 1). “Sebbene la componente meccanica sia ancora ben presente nel settore delle tecnologie di verniciatura, prevediamo che in futuro sarà l’elettronica a farla da padrone, con ampi benefici in termini di efficienza, qualità e risparmio energetico”, commenta Dariano Cattarin, titolare di CM Spray. “Per questo ci stiamo impegnando fin d’ora a sviluppare sistemi in grado di soddisfare questa domanda futura”.
