DAY OF LECTURES AND DEBATE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF RAIL TRANSPORTATION Giornata di studio e dibattito del Settore Trasporto su Rotaia

day of lectures and debate offered by the Department of Rail Transportation of Aicq was held on Thursday, October 18th 2012 in Florence (Italy). Founded in Milan on May 11th 1955, Aicq is a non profit organisation aiming to spread the culture of quality in Italy, together with the methods for planning, building, verifying and certifying the quality of products, services, organisations and related disciplines. The main objective of the event was to inform and facilitate a debate on issues of current interest for the railway sector. The edition of 2012 has taken on a special significance because of the topics dealt with, which have confirmed and consolidated, after 20 years of activity of the Department, the professional and representative approach of all those involved in both the technical and the managerial activities. iovedì 18 ottobre 2012 si è svolta a Firenze la giornata di studio e dibattito, proposta dal Settore Trasporto su Rotaia di Aicq. Costituita a Milano l’11 Maggio 1955, Aicq è un’associazione senza fini di lucro che si propone di diffondere in Italia la cultura della qualità e i metodi per pianificare, costruire, controllare e certificare la qualità dei prodotti, dei servizi, delle organizzazioni e delle discipline connesse. La giornata ha avuto come obiettivo prioritario quello di informare e favorire un dibattito sui temi di attualità ed interesse per il settore ferroviario. L’edizione del 2012 ha assunto una valenza speciale per gli argomenti trattati che confermano e consolidano, nel “20° anno” di attività del Settore Trasporto su Rotaia, l’approccio professionale e rappresentativo di tutti i soggetti coinvolti nelle problematiche, sia tecniche che gestionali. Due importanti argomenti hanno caratterizzato la giornata:
