INTRODUCTION iOffice® Connect (iOffice®) is an on-boarding and productivity App built for seamless integration into ZOHO Connect or ZOHO ONE to speed user engagement in the formation of collaborative work teams.

It provides templates for various “practice teams” creating models for transparent accountability within an environment that is instantly "familiar" as a "shared" remote work "place.” It provides users with an intuitive process to customize their iOffice with drag/drop objects that replicate the functionality of their physical counterpart. Each object placement opens an intuitive interface to integrate workflow applications and collaborative communication tools to address the challenging tasks required to engage productive remote teamwork.

For Example

Drag/drop clock object onto its spot on the wall. On drop opens form to integrate local time and timer aligned with Tasks as well as all other time related workflow functions. Simple way to engage users in time management that also logs time for transparent payroll audits.

Drop Inbox on desktop to open form that integrates all workflow functions related to email, messaging and other daily communication inflows.

Drag/Drop nameplate to open profile form and personal workflow apps integration both within and outside iOffice Connect’s ZOHO platform. Name will then appear on nameplate with onclick link to Network communication wall for daily messaging and discussions.

Custom Objects Specific to primary team “Practice” dashboard

User can select or upload their personal window view. Selectable and custom “twin objects” can have special purpose linking to custom applications, webhooks, widgets, A.I. Bots and any other tool to engage productive collaborative team workflow. Wall poster, Video Wall, News, family photo frame, plaques, awards…any physical object can be “twined” to replicate the functionality of its physical counterpart.

Workrooms can be specific to Projects, Groups, Context or Personal enabling privacy as required.

ZOHO Connect includes an app to create and publish manuals which can be linked directly or combined into context specific Binders to be placed in context specific shelfs in a context specific Workroom. The INDEX provides intuitive access to Workroom content. The Workroom side menu links to context specific Dashboards/Team Boards/Network walls as well as to Workroom context related Audio/Video conferencing. In this way, during an audio/video conference a Workroom document can be quickly accessed by each participant during the call. The Workroom can also be a place to access custom Apps, Widgets, Webhooks, A.I. Bots or any other resource specific to a Workroom’s context.

iOffice Connect Groups provides an exceptional toolkit to build and share content in complete privacy, with access defined around group requirements. Custom and legacy app integration including an app to build product catalogs, and provide custom apps, widgets, webhooks, A.I. Bots and any other content to help Teams collaborate remotely.
