Dear reader,
In front of you is the Marriott Bonvoy Mindful Moment diary. In the fast-paced environment of today's world, it is crucial to take a moment to pause and reflect on what truly matters. Finding peace and evaluating your position is invaluable. Take time to check in with yourself and enjoy your Marriott Bonvoy moment, whether daily or whenever you feel the need.
The purpose of this diary
The diary is divided in such a way that you can write about one day on each page. In this way, you are not only actively working to get the most out of your day, but also to reflect again and again. By writing everything down, you will think more consciously about your way of doing and thinking and how you get through the day. By reflecting on this every day, you will notice that your patterns change as soon as you take this with you to the next day. In this way, you get even more out of your day and you reflect on the little things that also matter. After each week there is the opportunity to fill in a reflection page where you can close the week and put everything in perspective. In this way you will see for yourself what you would like to do differently and you can take this with you to a new week.
You grow and learn a little more every day
The power of repetition
The power of this diary comes from repetition. The more often you reflect on something, the more it becomes ingrained. Filling in the pages becomes part of your routine. It is accessible to everyone, and therefore also if you do not like writing or have difficulty keeping a diary. Set a fixed time for when you are going to fill in the diary to make it a fixed habit. In this way you create a moment for yourself and the diary will also work more effectively.
