Partners: Mr.Pradeep Bhandari is the chairman of this Intuit Management Consultancy(IMC). He is a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer who has extensive experience in the audit, taxation –domestic and international, corporate laws. Mr. Pradeep Bhandari was also the founder secretary of Southern Regional Chapter, International Fiscal Association(IFA), India Branch where he also held the post of Chairman. He is now an Executive Committee Member of the IFA. Mr.Pradeep Bhandari has been on the committee of several leading institutions including the ‘All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, India and Executive Committee member of Southern Zone.

Mr.Piyush Bhandari is now serving as the Managing Director of IMC is also a Chartered Accountant and the fellow member of ICAI ((Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 2003 and holds a master degree in Commerce. He worked in the Corporate Finance division of Sanmar Group for over three years. Mr.Piyush Bhandari is the recipient of the ‘Young Managers Award’ by Madras Management Association in 2005.

Mr.Piyush Bhandari has extensive experience in Assurance & Advisory, International Taxation, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He manages and leads the firm in the area of Cross-Border Advisory and International Taxationand has provided valuable guidance to many MNCs, Corporates, SMEs and led many Joint Ventures in the Middle East region. He is on the Board of many prominent organizations such as Chennai Angels, Entrepreneur’s Organization amongst many others.

Mr.Johnson.K.Rajan is part of the management team at Intuit who handles the Private Client & Family Advisory.His primary expertise lies in Trust, Family Office, Wealth Management. Mr.Rajan has over 16 years of experience in the field of setting up Trust and other corporate structures intended for wealth planning. He is a registered Trust & Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) the United Kingdom and holds an MBA from Bharathiar University, India.

He also takes on the role of Advisory &Secretarial services on the board of client companies, managing large and critical client relationships along with driving the identification, execution of new business opportunities. Advising wealthy individuals and families across various demographic profiles from Europe, Africa, South East Asia, Subcontinent and Middle Eastern regions in creating feasible Estate Planning solutions is one of his key strengths.

Ms.Priyanka Bhandari has completed Masters in Communication with a Graduate degree in Commerce. She has experience in working with clients from across industries from around the world. She is now a partner in the IMC group. Ms.Priyanka is well known for acute conversational skills and corporate communication. She advises companies on adhering to their compliance requirements and also advises corporates in their set up and immigration services.

Mr.Salim Al Wahaibi is an Omani gentleman who has more than a decade of experience in various areas such as Investment management, administrative expertise and many more. He has held many honorable and high profile positions of such as Director, Board Member in MNC’s, local firms consultant. He has also held an advisory role for many Government firms. He has an unbeaten track record of surpassing client and organizational expectation as well as in the development of financial framework such as analyzing and planning. He has strategic vision and ensures timely completion of projects which included establishing activity sequence, duration estimates and schedule development, and control.

Mr.Hamoud Assehdi is the partner of IMC in Saudi Arabia. He is a mechanical engineer who also holds several diplomas in Business Administration and Management courses.

Mr. Hamoud holds the post of executive director in a group of sister companies and also manages many reputed Oil & Gas and Trading firms in Saudi Arabia. He has vast experience in varied industries and is IMC’s advisor in Saudi Arabia.

Mr.BANDER AL-HAJRI is IMC’s partner is Saudi Arabia and is a top management consultant for some of the most reputed firms in Saudi Arabia. He has a Diploma in Oil and Gas Operations along with Business Administration. He has vast and diverse experience in navigating the companies to establish their companies in one of the most difficult and complicated territories, Saudi Arabia.
