Meet Shantel Thomas

Hi INTRO!

My name is Shantel Thomas I am the new pharmacist in town, about a year in the game I graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in May 2022 I am from the greatest state ever, Texas Born and raised in Baytown, Texas, just about 25 minutes east of Houston. Grew up with one older sibling, Maegan, and my two parents, Junior and Chris, who I cherish the absolute most. My family is from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, and Saint Lucia (you should go visit sometime). Also a fun fact about me is that I grew up running track and field my whole life, all the way until my senior year in college, where I ran the 400 hurdles (yeah I know, tough)

I am currently a pharmacy resident completing my PGY1 at University Hospitals where I do chronic disease management as well as retail pharmacy I moved here to INTRO in June 2022 I really enjoy the community here at INTRO I feel like I have met/networked via the monthly Happy Hours (thanks, INTRO!) with a lot of great people here which makes living here enjoyable.

I enjoy listening to music, learning new recipes, super into new fashion ideas, therefore online shopping is the death of me, working out in the gym, going out to enjoy the city (as much as I possibly can the winter almost took me out), and spending time with my pup, Tooley Unfortunately, I will only be here for another month so if you would like to connect, it would be my pleasure You can find me out by the pool or in the gym, most likely
