DRY-CLEANING SERVICES

Pick up your first garment bag from Concierge and fill out your bag tag Drop your garment bag in the Drop Box by 8am & pick up on the next business day (M-F) from the lockers located in the parking garage

At INTRO, we're all about sustainability Being America's largest mass timber building means we "walk the talk" and uphold our commitment to the planet Trash and recycling chutes are available on each floor Please take advantage of Rust Belt Riders' Composting Program to dispose of your food scraps! Contact our office to learn how to get started!

Download the Luxer One App for package notifications and access to our secure Package Room and lockers located on LL2 of the Parking Garage. Keep your meal deliveries fresh with our Package Room Fridge Please allow 24 hours post move-in for the activation of your Luxer account PS We have an outgoing package drop-off here, too!

BIKES & STORAGE

Hit the trails with peace of mind We offer free and secure bike storage Our bike hangar is located on the East side of the building and can be accessed from the plaza or Gehring.

Need extra space for your valuables? ;) Visit our Leasing Office for storage locker rental options! Storage is located in the parking garage on LL2
