Heading into July, we are thrilled to announce that INTRO Cleveland has once again been recognized for our commitment to sustainability and innovation, receiving another prestigious award.
INTRO Cleveland has been honored with the 2023 USGBC Ohio Leadership Award for Green Building of the Year in Building Design + Construction We proudly accepted this award on June 22nd during the USGBC East North Central (ENC) region's 2023 Leadership Award Celebration, which acknowledges outstanding green buildings in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio

This award recognizes INTRO Cleveland and Harbor Bay Ventures for its leadership in sustainable mass timber construction, stormwater management, and overcoming construction challenges related to a worldwide pandemic. This award also honors our LEED Certified building, and the demonstrated use of new technologies and strategies to push the envelope of green design.
In other exciting news, we are delighted to unveil our new rooftop community garden and invite you to test your green thumbs in our Gardening 101 class with Cleveland Roots on July 10th

We are in a great rhythm with our regular event offerings including the popular poolside beats series with Taj in July, weekly fitness classes and our monthly on-site car wash and detail services.
INTRO is happy to sponsor Chef Charlie's pizza making parties on the rooftop as an official resident event this month In honor of National Icecream Day, rest assured, you'll get a scoopful of resident appreciation We also have a couple more events in the plaza you don't want to miss including a community wellness event and a speaker with the 20/30 Club. And, if that is not enough, we have a couple more surprises up our sleeves in July (we just love treating you)!

• HOURS OF AMENITY DECK OPERATION: 6AM – MIDNIGHT
• 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT (LEASE HOLDER) UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL BY MANAGEMENT
REQUEST MUST BE SENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS STRICTLY 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT ONLY
• RESIDENTS MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS AT ALL TIMES
• WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED UP TO A $1,000 FINE MAY BE ASSESSED
• ABSOLUTELY NO FLOATATION DEVICES UNLESS IT IS SAFETY RELATED
• IF ADA ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED FOR THE POOL, CONTACT CONCIERGE AHEAD OF TIME
• CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE SUPERVISED AND ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN
• ALL SWIMMERS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES
• POOL CAPACITY = 54 PERSONS HOT TUB CAPACITY = 20 PERSONS
• NO RUNNING, DRINKING GAMES OR ROUGH ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED
• PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES A SWIMSUIT COVER-UP AND SHOES SHOULD BE WORN INSIDE THE BUILDING
