Everything from its design to its carefully selected range of tenants and amenities makes Downtown Gallery a refreshing new take on Singapore’s retail scene. Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore, an award-winning hotel and serviced residences, is also part of the OUE Downtown complex. The redevelopment of the emblematic, mid-70’s skyscraper provides 268 luxurious studio, one- and two-bedroom serviced residences with a full suite of hotel luxuries. OUE’s design team has successfully modified the existing structure while expanding it to accommodate a comprehensive range of premium hospitality amenities such as a restaurant, bar and boardroom.
