For many young queer people, participating in sexual experiences and the LGBTQ scene in clubs and bars can seem daunting. Some of us may have grown up being told that sex is "immoral" and "disgusting". However, when it is done right, sex can be fun, liberating and pleasurable.
Yet, sexual assault continues to take place too often without much emphasis on such incidents affecting LGBTQ youth. This guide is about recognising when sexual assault takes place in queer relationships so we can better take care of ourselves and those around us.
