Terms & Conditions ‘WIN adidas Boost footwear’ 1. The Promoter is INTERSPORT Australia (ABN 79 165 778 414) of 121 Gardenvale Road, Gardenvale, VIC 3185.

2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry. By submitting an entry to the ‘WIN adidas boost footwear’ competition you agree to the terms and conditions specified below.

3. To be eligible for entry, entrants must:       

Be 12 years old or over Have a valid Instagram account Follow @intersportau, repost one of the images of adidas Boost footwear as specified by @intersportau, hashtag #intersport and comment in 10 words or less why they should win the Adidas boost footwear Participants can enter multiple times No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion Please note: entries can only be received from accounts that are set to public Be an Australian Resident

4. Entrants can only enter in their own name, and must be able to provide proof of identity. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

5. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be selected by the Promoter’s panel of judges based on the appeal and creativity of the entry submitted. The judges’ decision is final.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

7. Promotion commences on Wednesday 9th September 2015 at 5pm AEST and finishes on Wednesday 16th September 2015 at midnight AEST. Entries will be accepted at @intersportau, until midnight on 16th September 2015.

8. 1 winner will be selected by the Promoter, they will win a pair of adidas Boost footwear with a total cost of no more than $220 (inc GST) 9. The Promoter's directors, employees, management, suppliers, retailers, associated companies and agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 12 or over.

10. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition and selection of winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms & Conditions 11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

12. Date of prize draw: The prize winners will be determined on the 17th September 2015, at the offices of INTERSPORT Australia, Melbourne, Victoria.

13. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram after the winner has been selected.

In the event a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance within 48 hours, INTERSPORT Australia reserves the right to select another winner and the person not responding will waive his/her rights to a prize. The prize winner will be announced on the INTERSPORT Australia Instagram account (@intersportau) on the 17th September 2015.

14. The prizes will be sent out to winners within 15 business days of confirming the winner’s details and eligibility.

15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The promoter’s decision is final.

16. The Promoter will collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any social media or publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to change the details of the promotion at any time.

20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
