Terms & Conditions ‘WIN a $1000 INTERSPORT GIFT Card’ 1. The Promoter is INTERSPORT Australia (ABN 79 465 778 414) of 121 Gardenvale Road, Gardenvale, VIC 3185 2. Information on how to enter and prize form part of the conditions of entry. By submitting an entry to the ‘WIN a $1000 INTERSPORT GIFT Card’ competition you agree to the terms and conditions specified below.

3. To be eligible for entry, entrants must enter the agreement to purchase one of the Layby items featured in the Christmas flyer or any Spalding basketball system, Vuly trampoline, Sportslife table tennis table or Sportslife trampoline in any participating INTERSPORT store in Australia.

Each single purchase enables the entrant to enter the competition once only. Entrants can enter more than once, but must be able to provide proof of purchase for each individual entry.

4. Entrants can only enter in their own name, and must be able to provide proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

6. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

7. Promotion commences on August 24th 2015 at 9.00 am AEST and finishes on October 26th 2015 at 12.00 pm AEST. After this time no further entries will be permitted to the competition.

8. Entries will be accepted at participating INTERSPORT Australia stores, until 12.00 pm on 26th October 2015 9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:  To enter simply enter the agreement to purchase one of the Layby items featured in the Christmas flyer in any participating INTERSPORT store in Australia.  Entry must include full name, address, e-mail & phone number  Prize winners must be able to show proof of purchase to be eligible to receive the specified prize  The prize is an INTERSPORT Gift card valued at $1000.

11. Total Prize value is up to AUD $1000 (inc GST) 12. The Promoter's directors, employees, management, suppliers, retailers, associated companies and agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Terms & Conditions 13. INTERSPORT Australia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

14. The final decision on the winners selected is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

16. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

17. Date of prize draws: The prize will be drawn on Monday the 2nd November at 2pm, at the offices of INTERSPORT Australia, Melbourne, Victoria.

18. The winner will be notified by telephone on the day of the draw. The prize winner will be announced on the INTERSPORT Australia Facebook and Instagram page and www.intersport.com.au on the 3rd of November 2015.

19. The prize will be sent out to winners within 10 business days of confirming the winner’s details and eligibility. The prize must be taken at the time of notification and will be valid for use for 12 months from the date of issue. The prize will only be delivered to addresses within Australia and cannot be sent to overseas addresses or locations.

20. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The promoter’s decision is final.

21. If the prize is not claimed within 6 weeks of the initial draw an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm on Wednesday the 14th of December 2015, at INTERSPORT Australia Head Office, Melbourne, Victoria. The winner will be notified by phone on that same day.

22. The Promoter will collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.

23. The promoter reserves the right to change the details of the promotion at any time.

24. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms & Conditions 25. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

26. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
