Dallas County Records GOVERNMENT Dallas, TX 121,918 SF

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Interprise was charged with programming, planning, design and construction documentation for Dallas County Records’ move to Renaissance Tower while their historic location is being renovated.

The Project was a creative challenge with the high assembly occupancy to avoid a third means of exiting and included extensive millwork detailing for the various courtrooms and their construction.

EPA GOVERNMENT Dallas, TX 203,000 SF

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Interprise, in collaboration with Stantec, provided full Interior Design Services to EPA. The project is LEED Platinum Level Certified. The project succesfully achieved high assembly occupancy on several floors and high security.
