The International Society of Female Professionals assists women in overcoming societal obstacles to achieving professional success.

The society was founded in August 2019 in New York City to become the country's leading advocate for professional women from all backgrounds and in almost any line of work.

Although there are rough as many women as men in the world, they make up a much smaller percentage of the workforce. Few women work as doctors, lawyers, and in other professions. Despite many examples of past achievements, fewer female CEOs and business owners have fewer.

Women have shown they can thrive and lead in professional disciplines, leadership jobs, and entrepreneurship, from Oprah Winfrey to Margaret Thatcher. However, compared to our male peers, we continue to have significantly fewer chances. We want to alter that.

The International Society for Female Professionals aggressively encourages female advancement at the professional, executive, and entrepreneurial levels and is a leading voice for professional women worldwide. We establish a valuable network that enables further investment in the numerous exceptional skills and leadership qualities that women possess but frequently undervalue.

Our main goal is to remove the obstacles that professional women frequently meet. These obstacles consist of lower compensation than our male counterparts, the so-called "glass ceiling," and fewer chances for promotion. Instead of allowing intangible barriers to achievement to stand in the way, we fight to remove them and create new paths to success.

The International Society for Female Professionals fosters a network of brilliant and skilled professional women who share nearly the same barriers to success despite having different career aspirations.

To assist one another while we continue to develop on a national and

international scale, we are expanding our network of extraordinarily experienced, talented, and accomplished women on a global scale.

Licensed professionals, business owners, and executives aware of and have surmounted the numerous obstacles women confront in a professional environment dominated by men make up our membership. We support women in developing new relationships and opening doors to careers and commercial prospects.

Society always welcomes new members as we broaden our reach and become global. We are involved locally, nationally, and regionally in encouraging women to enter the workforce, launch new businesses, and receive executive-level mentoring. Being a member is never passive. We only accept women ready to participate, serve as local, national, and international ambassadors for female greatness, and lead by example in terms of performance and professionalism.
