Thank you for a job well done in the sale of my properties in Vail, Colorado. The peak season to sell here is during ski season which is when my properties are continually rented. This makes it very difficult for my properties to be shown because renters do not want to be interrupted. When my realtor approached me with the idea of considering an auction I was intrigued because it would allow me to keep the properties rented by setting a specific weekend for showings and take advantage of the peak selling season.
