NEW YEAR’S EVE GALA NIGHT See 2015 off in true style at our New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at the resort’s magnificent lobby. The evening commences with a cocktail reception at 7:00pm at the Air Bar, followed by a grand festive buffet prepared by our Executive Chef Gilbert and his team.
