Chef Bruno Oger visits InterContinental Hua Hin Resort on Thursday the 27th and Friday the 28th of October.

Wine pairing dinner is served from 7 p.m. at the resort’s new BluPort Wing, opposite Beach Wing and with direct connection to BluPort Hua Hin Resort Mall. The price is THB 6,000 net per person.

Bruno’s passion for cooking began in childhood, and today he is recognised as one of the world’s most talented and imaginative chefs, as well as an enthusiastic promoter of French cuisine.

Renown came early for the chef, at a mere 23 years of age, when one of France’s greatest chefs, Georges Blanc, trusted Bruno with a management position at famed Le Normandie restaurant, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.

There he led a team of 15 chefs and, by 1993, would become the restaurant’s executive chef.

The following years saw Bruno collect a number of Michelin stars, the first in 1997; another in 2005 at La Villa des Lys in Cannes; and two more in early 2011, just 10 months after the opening of his La Villa Archange. He likewise has been voted ‘Chef of the Year’ by Gault et Millau.
