ALWAYS EFFICIENT TAKE ON THE OLD TRUTHS, NOT JUST THE NEW FADS In our experience, it’s easy to think about efficiency in terms of tools and processes.

How slick is the machine? It would be easy to think that getting 200 passengers onto a plane would be made efficient through the best possible digital tools and triggers.

Yet we know it’s the people that make the difference. Exceptional staff, through crystal clear communication and close collaboration, get boarding complete on time. The same is true across all organisations, in all sectors.

People make far more significant efficiency gains than tools.
