SOCIAL SCIENCE
In Social Science students looked into many different areas of sociology. They began by exploring the basic theories of sociology such. Following Sherrill Roland’s presentation to the campus students in a fishbowl style fishbowl conversation about the state of the prison system and other related topics. In week three the students began their propaganda project where teams sponsoring waffles, french toast, and pancakes respectively and attempted to prove that their breakfast food was better than the others. To prove which dish was best teams spread posters across the campus, created social media posts, and faculty endorsements.
