Personally, going off from the flame meaning, I also see it as symbolism for passion. A passion so intense and blazing, not only does it attract you, It may also attract thers. Though sometimes, even your own passion can hurt, even how much a person is drawn to it.
The initial idea is that the green represents the luna moth (Green moth), the orange is the flame or stars and the violet is the background (Dominant color).
It's how people, when strongly connected to something will do everything they can to pursue it. Sometimes, even when it hurts. Their connection to that thing is what pursues them. In this case, people’s passion for arts drives them to create.
It's a mix of the saying:
"Like a moth, to a flame" + "Those who shine the brightest, burn the most"
