Pedagogical Work with Children and Young People in a European Perspective 30 ECTS This course examines various traditions of pedagogical practice in European and international perspectives. Students will also learn about the Danish pedagogical tradition of relationship-based practice. Students will work with a vast array of pedagogical theories that aims at improving practice. Students will also gain insights into and competency concerning creative methods and aesthetical learning. Furthermore, students will develop competency in intercultural encounters within educational settings. The underlying focus of this course is to develop the students’ ability to reflect and think critically. Semesterpakken inkluderer én uke praksis
A unique chance of working one week in a Danish pedagogical institution with the support of English speaking professionals. The student will participate in a professional environment within an institution or facility, which works with children or young people. Students will document their observations and reflections in writing.
