Södertörns högskola Our campus is in Flemingsberg, south of Stockholm, where we conduct education, research and cooperation activities for sustainable societal development. The university’s key concepts are multidisciplinarity, multiculturalism and liberal education. Our degree programmes in Teacher Education lead to work in preschools, primary and secondary schools, or in extended school activities. All of our degree programmes share an intercultural approach; the awareness that pupils have differing backgrounds and experiences, preparing students for work in complex environments. Our other profile, liberal education, means that students discuss and reflect upon course content, the teacher’s role and their own development.
