Agents In Our Community Samantha Organek Earns Distinction in 2022

Samantha Organek holds the distinction of having attended more Insurors of Tennessee events in 2022 than any other member. She is an agent with the Griffin Agency located in Kingston.

It should be noted that the Griffin Agency encourages participation at Insurors of Tennessee events. In fact, Johnny Griffin founder and principal of the agency has attended all but three Insurors of Tennessee Conventions since 1978. Since Sam has been a consistent participant at events, we thought it would be good to share her response to a brief survey we conducted with her permission.

Q What was your favorite Insurors event attended in 2022?

A My favorite insurors event of 2022 would have been the annual convention in Nashville.

Q Why was it your favorite?

A I enjoyed meeting/chatting with everyone, listening to the speakers, learning the latest things happening in the insurance world, the tradeshow of course and learning how to skeet shoot!

Q What are your thoughts on our socials and happy hours? How were they beneficial for you to attend?

A I love having the Spring/Fall Socials as it gives us a chance to meet local agents in our area that we may not have met yet, catch up with other agents, and just have a fun afternoon out.

Q Did you bring a guest to any of our events? Which ones? How was that experience?

A Yes, I brought guests to the growth conference in Nashville and both socials. It was a great experience for them and they look forward to coming to future events.

Q How organized were the events and registration processes?

A Every Insurors event I have been to, has been very well organized and super easy to register for.

Q Who is someone you are grateful you met at an event?

A I have met so many great people through Insurors. Jessica Miller is a young company representative I met at one of the first socials we held last year in Knoxville. She has since attended all of the Insurors events!

Q What is something you took away from one of our events in 2022?

A Brittany Hodak was a speaker at the Growth Conference. I learned a lot from her presentation. Here are a few:

Q How helpful was the Insurors staff at the events? What questions were they able to answer for you?

A Everyone at Insurors is always super helpful and can answer/or will find someone else who can answer your questions.

Q Prior to the events, how much of the information that you needed did you get?

A I don’t think I’ve ever been to an event needing more information. The registration and the emails to follow registration are filled with needed information.

Q How did you receive most of the information regarding new events? Examples: social media, The Tennessee Insuror, emails, word of mouth, other (please specify).

A I received most of my information from emails directly from Insurors, I also follow Insurors on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Q What are your thoughts on the lengths of our events?

A I think they are the perfect length right now, it’s too much information to cram into one day events. Also, you wouldn’t want to extend it any longer as most people wouldn’t be able to attend the entire event. u
