Animal Friends claims filing process offline For making pet insurance claim offline, first thing you should do is to download a claim form from Animal Friends website – https://www.animalfriends.co.uk and take a print out of the claim form. If you are not familiar with using online services, you can ask them to send an Animalfriends claim form by post by calling their phone number – 0344 557 0300. After receiving the form, fill it up. Make sure not missing any important details such as policy number,name,pet’s name etc while filling up the form. You should avoid filling up the details that are to be filled up by a vet.

After completing pet insurance claim form, give it to your veterinary practitioner to do his/her part. He/she will fill the details that are meant to be filled up by a vet. After that, send the fully completed form along with all required documentation to Animalfriends.
