Staging Prices & Packages: 1

The Instahome Standard Package $5,000

This 90 day staging option includes: 1 living room, 1 dining room, kitchen accessories and stools, a master bedroom and master bathroom. All of these rooms include art, accessories & linens. This package has the essentials needed to create a staged look and feel in a standard (up to 1500 sf) size home.

Optional Add-ons: Extra staged bedroom: $700 Office space: $500

The Insta-Lux Luxury Package

Do you have a multi-million dollar home that needs large pieces and needs to appeal to high end buyers? No Problem. We will use larger high-end pieces, upscale furniture and customize the exact look that you are looking for to transform the space from a house to a home.
