Event Venue Staffing
We permit any licensed caterer to operate in our venue, contingent upon verification of their business license and NC or SC Department of Health rating to maintain exemplary food and service standards.
Food & Beverage
Technical labor rates are customized per person, and final rates will depend on the technical specifications of each event. CrossRidge works closely with clients to tailor staffing requirements to meet individual event needs. A dedicated event supervisor will be on site at all CrossRidge Center events to oversee safety compliance and respond promptly to client requests.
Insurance
In accordance with Risk Management protocols, clients and all vendors must provide a certificate of insurance that meets specified requirements. For events serving alcohol, a licensed bartender is mandatory, either through the caterer or separate hire. Additionally, an off-duty law enforcement officer must be present.
