Is equipment included in total sales?

PhotonSmart, DermapenWorld devices, CryoPen and Viora equipment sales are not eligible for POP Rewards. Discounted expo and opening orders are also not eligible.

If my account is in arrears will my reward be paid against my outstanding bill?

Yes. The credit will be allocated against an outstanding payment where the outstanding falls within 30 days. Outstanding accounts over 30 days will forfeit the rebate.

Is there any reason I would not receive my reward even though I have achieved the sales?

The only reason you would not qualify for the rebate is if your account is over 30 days and/or ongoing failure to pay your bills on time.

How does the free product training work?

Once you achieve the quarterly sales target you will receive an Intranet booking coupon that will allow you to put towards training bookings in the following quarter. Please note these training benefits do not apply to Dermapen where you are learning a new skill that may be applied to other devices.
