Onbehalf of all the members of the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association, we cordially invite you to attend the 2022 Fall Parade of Homes™. This two-day event will showcase the finest craftsmanship from the Brazos Valley’s most skilled and creative home builders.

The Brazos Valley and the surrounding area continues to see amazing growth. These opportunities continue to challenge local builders to incorporate the latest construction science and technology into their new homes. New neighborhoods and new sections of current neighborhoods continue to develop at a rapid pace. These factors work together to provide the residents of Bryan, College Station, and surrounding communities more options to choose from when deciding where to live, work, and play.

Tickets for the Parade are $10 for adults, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas. Tickets can be purchased in advance at www. bcsparadeofhomes.org. Paper tickets will be available for purchase at First Financial Bank (4450 Texas 6 Frontage Rd, College Station, TX 77845 or 2900 S Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77802). In addition, tickets will be available for purchase at each individual Parade home. Tickets will grant each customer unlimited access to every Parade home and are good for both days of the event.
