Insignis seeks to continue to build its portfolio through the investment in current cash-flowing businesses, select turn-around opportunities and new company startups while capitalizing on the co-founders’ collective experience to build strong businesses for and alongside like-minded entrepreneurs. Insignis’ private equity division is focused on strategic investments in consumer driven operating companies, primarily the healthcare, packaging, and foodservice based sectors.
