Since2014,shehasworkedcloselywiththeMinistryof Labour&Employment,advocatingfortheformalizationof employmentandchampioningethicalstaffingpractices.Her leadershiphasnotonlyshapedISF’sevolutionbutalso amplifiedIndia’svoiceonglobalplatformssuchasthe InternationalLabourOrganization(ILO)andthe InternationalOrganizationforMigration(IOM).

AtISF,shefoundherplatformto “Staff India’s Growth”, a movementthatturnedinspirationintoaction,enabling formalemployment,equitableopportunities,andethical workenvironments.
DrivinglaborpolicychangeinacountryasdiverseasIndia comeswithformidablechallenges.Since2014,Suchitahas beenattheforefrontofregulatoryreform,pushingfor nationalandstate-levellicensingforcontractstaffingunder theOccupationalSafety,Health,andWorkingConditions (OSH)Code.
Thejourney,sheadmits,wasanythingbuteasy Yearsof deliberations,bureaucratichurdles,andresistancetestedher persistence.Yetshepersevered,armedwithdata-driven advocacy,globalbenchmarking,andcontinuousdialogue withpolicymakersandindustryleaders.
