WELCOME Welcome to this communication guide for the BIM World Copenhagen conference. We are delighted to welcome you as an official partner, and we are looking very much forward to our collaboration. Our goal is to build a mutually beneficial partnership that drives innovation and sustainability in the building industry.

We are continuously working to generate significant attention and attract the target audience to the event. Your help in spreading the word and encouraging attendance is highly appreciated, and this guide will help you communicating about our partnership and the conference in general.

A PERSONAL VOUCHER FOR YOU As a way to show our gratitude, we have decided to give all our partners their very own voucher for the BIM World Copenhagen conference that you may share with your partners, customers, and relevant stakeholders whom you wish to invite to the BIM World Copenhagen conference.

How does the voucher system work?

The voucher must be entered on the BIM World Copenhagen website at checkout. Simply enter the voucher, and it will grant a free ticket. Visit the registration site here: www.bimworldcph.com/registration/ How and when will I receive the voucher?

You will receive your personal voucher by e-mail. From here, you are welcome to share it with relevant stakeholders, who has interest in digitalization in the building industry.

HOW TO SHARE THE VOUCHER You may share the voucher directly with your network via private channels (e.g., email, newsletters), but it must not be shared publicly or on open platforms.

Newsletters and e-mail signature We recommend that you share the voucher in your newsletters and e-mail signature.

Personal emails We also encourage you to share the voucher with relevant contacts via personal emails, as this has proven to deliver great results.

Landing page You can also share the voucher via a landing page where you gather contact information to interested leads.

Don’t share on social media!

You cannot share the voucher directly on social media. However, you may write that you have a voucher available and invite your network to contact you if interested.
