Your Account and Billing
Check your bill for the following features:
Contact Information. Ways to contact us about your bill or account are clearly noted on your bill. You can always reach us at 573.642.3326 or at CECService@callawayelectric.com.
Your Account Information. Your billing date, account number, and account name are listed here.
Total Amount Due. This section summarizes total amount due and due date. Automatic payment would be indicated if you participate in this program.
Billing Summary. Here you will find your past payments, current charges, and total charges due.
Message Center. Learn more about programs, services, notices, and events.
Contact Information. This is the contact information we have on file for you. Need to update this? Give us a call at 573.642.3326, send us an email at CECService@callawayelectric.com, or check the box below on payment stub.*
Payment Stub. If you are paying by check, please return this stub with your payment to ensure the payment is properly credited to your account.
Round Up Your Bill. Check this box to round up your bill to the next dollar for Operation Roundup.
Electric Service Description. This section lists your meter number, location, and days in billing cycle. This section also shows your Electric Service Subtotal for that billing period.
Electric Graph. This graph shows electric usage as well as average temperatures over the last year.
Energy Usage Comparison. This comparison provides current energy usage, the previous month’s usage and the previous year’s usage along with average usage.
Total Amount Due. This section summarizes the total amount due for your service address.
Ways to Pay Your Bill. This lists the various ways you can pay your electric bill.
Update Contact Information. If you checked the box on the FRONT, please complete the information here so we can update your account with accurate updates.
Your Account and Billing
Members can pay their electric service bill in a variety of convenient ways.
Online/SmartHub: Using automatic payment by check draft (ACH) or credit card at callawayelectric.com. It is fast, convenient and free. Settings for a one time payment or automatic monthly payments are available.
Smart Device: A mobile app version of the online bill system is also available. It allows easy access to account usage, billing history, and payment features. The app is free and available by searching SmartHub in the Apple iTunes Store or Android Market.
Pay by Phone: Pay using a credit or debit card by calling Callaway Electric at 573-642-3326, 24 hours a day, and select option 2 for our automated system. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted.
Pay by Mail: Send check or money order to P.O. Box 250, Fulton, MO 65251. A return envelope will be included with your monthly statement.
Visit Our Office: Stop by our lobby or drive thru window. Office hours are 7:30a.m. - 4:30p.m., Monday - Friday. After business hours, use the night deposit box located at the drive thru window.
Service DisconnectionService is subject to disconnection five days after the penalty is applied. A $60.00 reconnect fee will be charged for any reconnection during office hours. Reconnections will be made only after the bill, plus the reconnect fee, has been paid in full by cash, credit card, or money order. Failure to receive your bill does not avoid penalty or disconnection.
Service RequestsTo start a new service, stop existing service or transfer an account into your name, please visit our office, call during regular business hours at 573-642-3326 or email CECService@callawayelectric.com. You can also access the membership application on our website at.https://callawayelectric.com/forms.
RemodelingIf you add on to your home, please contact our office. The meter may need to be relocated so it is unobstructed and meets electrical code requirements, and the electrical size may need to change to meet your new needs.
