Presently, I am an employee of the National Bureau of lnvestigation with the position Direclor lll.
2. Sometime in September 2012, I was partially detailed at the Bureau of Conections (BuCor) in Muntinlupa by the then DOJ Sec. Leila M. De Lima with specific order to investigate and conduct studies on the criminality inside the BuCor.
3. One of my assignments in September 2012 was to investigate the esc₏lpe of Mr. Rommel Laciste, an inmate from the Maximum Security Compound. For this assignment, requested the NB|-Counter Tenorism Division (CTD) to assist in conducting the investigation, to which they obliged.

Sometime in November 2012, a blast incident happened in the Maximum Security Compound of the BuCor. Again, I requested the NBI-CTD to assist in the investigation. This time, to conduct a post blast investigation.
On both invest igations, Mr. Jovencio P. Ablen, Jr., an NBI intelligence who ! have known for a long time, was part of the investigating sent by the NBI-CTD.

designated as Officer-in-Charge of the Bureau of Conections (BuCor) by the then DOJ Sec. Leila M, De Lima.

Even after the investigation, I requested Mr. Ablen to stay at the BuCor and assist me in performing my functions, to which he obliged.

8. One morning on the latter part of November 2012, I saw a black handbag containing a huge sum of money on my bed inside the Directods Quarters of the BuCor. I looked inside the black handbag and saw that it contains bundles of one thousand peso bills.
