Where are you from?

Born and raised in Eindhoven. I still live in Eindhoven with my parents and my brother because it is way cheaper (more money for beer). I don’t have any pets.

What do you study and how far along are you?

Im studying mechanical engineering, its my third year but I have been here for around five years because I was not very motivated when I started. It was a big change for me to adjust to HBO coming from MBO. I have done veva mechatronica level 3. I applied for the military, but I failed my lung function test. I wanted to work with high caliber weapons.

What kind of internship are you doing?

Im currently following my internship at GA hearting and refrigeration in den Bosch. Where I have to improve and expand upon a heat pump calculation tool. I have been there for about a month. In the beginning I had to learn a lot and read in English. That was exhausting. Im now working on my task and im gaining a lot of experience.

Will you play a part in the next introduction week?

We still need to reflect with the commission. So I will be waiting on that before I make a decision. But probably yeah, because it is an addiction for me.

What are your hobbies?

I used to game a lot (escpecialy during corona). But now I go to the gym weekly and I practice krav maga. I also like to hang out with friends and have fun.

What type of music are you into?

I like all kinds of music but when I go to a festival it is usually hardstyle, raw, hardcore and uptempo. But I also enjoy Iron maiden, justin Bieber and especially hips don’t lie from Shakira.

What was the last TV show you binge-watched?

I rewatched game of thrones because house of the dragon came out.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Peking Duck.

What’s on your bucket list?

I’m a huge fan of The Lord of The Rings, so before I die I’d like to do a backback trip through New-Zealand and visit as much LOTR locations as possible.

What’s your game plan in a zombie apocalypse?

Probably be patient zero, or moving to a forest because there will be less zombies there.

At a party, where can someone find you?

Outside smoking probably.

What’s the most ridiculous outfit you’ve ever worn?

Probably my reggae shark outfit (a shark onesie with dreadlocks and a rasta hat)
