TEG - CATCH T.E.G. works hard to make things simple. As refugees from more traditional professional development organizations, we ourselves have learned a key lesson from the trenches: creating complex “solutions” is easy; designing simple systems people will actually use is difficult. It’s not enough to deploy a technology that shows promise. To get the results you want, you need a problem-solving approach that integrates sound pedagogy with sophisticated tools. Together, we collaborate with our clients to design learning platforms that are simply a pleasure to use.

2017 Showcase Greenwhich.HR Labor Market Intelligence greenwich.hr @GreenwichHR

Greenwich.HR delivers real-time labor market intelligence to all audiences - practical, timely, comprehensive. The labor market is the largest component of our economy. In 2015, salaries and wages in the US accounted for over $15 trillion. Many people and organizations need to know what’s happening with jobs, wages, and the supply and demand for labor. Entire industries exist to provide labor market data, and companies and communities spend billions of dollars each year to get this information. But, the quality and availability of labor market data is really quite poor. Late. Inaccurate. Contradictory. Not useful. And, you need to be an expert to understand it. We’ve found a better way. Greenwich.HR was founded by business leaders who understand how poor data creates confusion and waste. Our solutions offer richer information to broader audiences at substantially lower cost. Those are the ingredients of disruption. And, by making better quality information much more accessible, we’re making a huge part of the economy more transparent, and opening the doors to brilliant innovation.

America has a skills gap, but not a talent gap. We find talent and better direct it to high demand jobs in the economy. YouScience assesses real measures of aptitudes to match your natural abilities to best-fit careers. Our brain games are psychometrically valid, and our proprietary career matching algorithm has been normed and validated by leading O*NET organizations. Our data shows that traditional interest surveys misdirect talent away from the economy, and are especially harmful for young women, minorities or students from low social economic status, as these groups tend to have narrower views of their opportunities. Aptitudes are based on one’s natural ability, and we have proof that talent is equal across race and gender. YouScience can better identify a talent supply pipeline for employers, and better match students to their best-fit skills development opportunities for high demand careers in Technology, Manufacturing, Construction and Health Care.
