Routine

An attendee of any of the two yoga teacher training has to follow a specific routine in order to take maximum benefit out of this training. While we have fixed time slots in order to keep the attendees moving throughout the day, the routine is flexible and can be augmented depending on the mood of the group, how much content a teacher has for a class, etc. The attendees are expected to kickstart their day with meditation or pranayama at around 6 AM. By 7 AM, a group entrains into vinyasa practice. From 08:30 AM onwards, everybody proceeds to the first meal of the day. By 09:30 AM, there is a lesson on philosophy or anatomy. At 11:30 AM, the group proceeds for an asana demonstration or is engaged in teaching practice. At 1 noon, everybody breaks for lunch. By 02:15 AM, class is resumed with a lecture on anatomy, philosophy, or TCM. At 4 PM, we take a short afternoon break. From 04:30 onwards, a lecture is dedicated to the yin yoga clinic and from 6 PM, we start with yin yoga practice. By 7 PM, everybody starts having dinner.
