Developing Future Leaders Leadership Programme Our Sixth Form pupils act as role models to our younger pupils and ambassadors for the school. As well as developing their own skills and interests, many Sixth Formers gain a great deal from their involvement in organising clubs and activities for other pupils in the school. The Leadership Programme is an initiative aimed at rewarding and celebrating their talents and contribution to the school. Over the course of the year, pupils collect points for their involvement in a variety of leadership roles and earn incremental rewards, culminating in an end-of-year reward for those that meet the high annual target. Points are awarded to pupils who undertake a variety of leadership initiatives from founding clubs to leading school events, helping to plan assemblies to coaching sports clubs.
