PILSNER is Turkey’s most iconic beer – and for good reason. Brewed since 1969 using bottom fermentation, it’s a crisp, clean lager made with rice and malted barley for a light, refreshing flavour.
There’s just enough bitterness to keep things interesting, but it’s the smooth finish that keeps people coming back. Efes sits at 5% ABV and is a go-to for anyone who wants a reliable, sessionfriendly lager with a subtle international edge.
Already huge across Europe and the Mediterranean, it’s an easy win for venues looking to expand their fridge without going too niche. Think grilled food, mezze plates or an ice-cold pint at the end of a shift – Efes fits right in.
With branding that feels familiar yet distinctive and a style that’s easy on the palate, it offers broad appeal with a bit of personality. For anyone after a premium import that delivers on taste and consistency, this one’s a must.
SPIRITs are all about detail, craftsmanship and serious flavour. Distilled in Stokeon-Trent by the Brosna family, they blend tradition with bold design to create a standout range of gins and vodkas.
The bottle alone tells a story –sleek, art deco styling that nods to the family’s ceramic heritage. But it’s what’s inside that really matters. Their London Dry Gin is sharp, balanced and citrus-led, while the vodka is clean, silky and great for sipping or mixing.
Each spirit is copper pot distilled in small batches, making them a great fit for bars and venues that care about what they’re pouring. They’re not just crowd-pleasers –they’re conversation starters.
Perfect for G&Ts, cocktails or a simple serve over ice, Sixtowns brings quality and elegance without the fuss. If your back bar needs a premium, British-made upgrade with a story and style to match, this range is well worth a place on the shelf.
TONICS are crafted to do one thing exceptionally well – complement great spirits. Made with natural ingredients and zero artificial sweeteners, these tonics are clean, crisp and packed with well-balanced flavour.
They’re ideal for elevating simple serves. Whether you’re mixing with a premium gin or building low-alc cocktails, MATCH works behind the scenes to bring everything together. The classic Indian Tonic is dry and citrusy, while the flavoured range – including Pink Grapefruit and Cucumber & Mint – adds a modern twist without going over the top.
They’re not just about taste either. The sleek branding and slim bottles look smart on any bar or table. They’re made for venues that want more from their mixers without the bells and whistles.
MATCH is a brilliant call for cocktail boards, spirit and mixer pairings or even for those looking to make their house G&T a little more memorable. Serve chilled and let the spirit shine.
POMONA is a modern cider maker driven by flavour, curiosity and a deep love for real fruit. Every bottle and can begins with proper apples – grown, picked and pressed with care –and is fermented with minimal intervention to let the fruit shine.
This is cider as it should be: natural, expressive and packed with personality. Whether it’s bone-dry, barrel-aged or bursting with juicy freshness, each release reflects the season, the fruit and the maker’s instinct. Their smallbatch approach means no two ciders are ever quite the same –and that’s entirely the point.
From crisp pét-nats to complex wild ferments, Little Pomona makes cider for wine drinkers, beer lovers and everyone in between. It’s thoughtful, honest and full of life.
For venues wanting to offer something that challenges expectations and starts conversations, this is the kind of cider that gets noticed. Authentic, grown-up, and anything but ordinary. Serve cool, drink slow, and savour the craft.
THETEAM AT MOTH have built their reputation on delivering bar-quality cocktails in easy, goodlooking cans – and their Spicy Margarita might just be the best yet. It’s fiery, zesty and brilliantly balanced.
Made with Enemigo Tequila, triple sec, lime and a proper hit of chilli, it brings heat and zing in equal measure. At 14.9% ABV, it’s no lightweight – this is a cocktail that means business. Crack the can, pour over ice, add a chilli-salt rim if you fancy, and you’re good to go.
It’s ideal for venues looking to serve premium cocktails quickly without compromising on quality. Great for events, festivals, takeaway drinks or menus where speed matters, the MOTH Margarita stands up against any freshly made serve.
With clean, modern branding and a loyal following, this little can delivers big impact. Spicy without being overpowering, it’s a fantastic way to mix up your cocktail list and surprise your guests.
WE CAN BE FRIENDS NO ALCOHOL, BUT ALL THE FLAVOUR
WE CAN BE FRIENDS is a brewery dedicated to creating alcohol-free beers that taste like… well, beer. No gimmicks, no half measures –just great-tasting brews made for anyone and everyone.
Their approach is all about quality. Working alongside some of the UK’s highest-rated brewers, they use real ingredients and modern brewing techniques to craft alcohol-free beers with depth, character and body. From hoppy pale ales to crisp lagers, their range is refreshingly fullflavoured and brewed to be enjoyed, not just tolerated.
The branding is smart, the beers are award-winning, and the ethos is simple – alcohol-free beer should never feel like second best. Whether your customers are cutting back, cutting out, or just fancy something different, We Can Be Friends offers a confident, considered option for modern drinkers.
Perfect for menus that take mindful drinking seriously – or fridges that need something fresh. Great beer. No alcohol. No compromise. Simple as that.
Considered the Oscars of food & drink, his prestiguous award is often overlooked and at times wrongly underrated.
In a world overflowing with choice, quality is the calling card of switched-on bartenders and savvy drinkers. With what feels like an endless stream of drinks awards being handed out to an ever-growing list of products, it’s getting harder to know what truly stands out. That’s why real trust in quality is vital for building a drinks menu that delivers.
Enter the Guild of Fine Foods’ Great Taste Awards – more than just a label, it’s a stamp of genuine
excellence. Yes, it’s long been more visible in off-trade circles, but that’s changing fast.
As today’s drinkers expect more from their nights out, this award is turning up on more and more of our standout lines. Despite its global credibility and growing appearance on bar menus, most consumers don’t realise just how tough it is to win.
Take 2023, out of 14,195 entries, only 1.8% landed the coveted 3-star rating. That’s not
just rare, that’s next-level. And it’s why these stars are worth your attention.
These awards aren’t about hype they’re about flavour. Products are blind-tasted by expert judges, purely on their taste. No branding. No bias. Just good, honest judging.
There are three possible outcomes: 1, 2 or 3 stars. Each one a sign of serious quality.
This means “simply delicious”. A product that tastes great and does exactly what it should.
“Above and beyond delicious.” Flavour with flair that goes the extra mile and then some.
3 STARS
The big one. “Exquisite, wowfactor flavour.” Reserved only for the very best of the best.
Let’s be honest – awards get thrown around a lot in this industry, and it can be hard to separate the flashy from the meaningful.
But the Great Taste Awards aren’t about marketing fluff or who shouts the loudest – they’re about flavour, craftsmanship and genuine quality. In a market full of noise, they speak volumes.
They help bartenders choose better, give customers a reason to trust what’s on the menu, and offer real backing to producers who care about doing things properly.
These aren’t participation trophies, they’re hard-earned,
respected across the trade, and fast becoming a key marker of standout quality on back bars everywhere.
These awards don’t care about labels, logos or loud branding. Every product is judged blind, which means decisions are made on taste alone – no distractions, no bias, just pure flavour. It’s proper.
Over several weeks, expert panels of chefs, buyers, food writers and industry pros work through thousands of entries with the same criteria: is it delicious, and does it deliver? That level of scrutiny means when something wins, it really deserves it.
Let’s face it, most customers don’t have time to analyse every product on your menu – but they do recognise a Great Taste star. It’s a simple, powerful symbol that gives them confidence in what they’re ordering. When people see that black-and-gold badge, they know the product’s been through proper scrutiny. It takes the guesswork out and helps them feel good about spending that little bit more.
The tiered stars help customers spot good, great, and exceptional with ease. It’s a brilliant way to guide customers through your list and spotlight drinks that deserve attention – from hidden gems to absolute showstoppers.
This isn’t just a consumer badge. Within the industry, a Great Taste Award carries real weight. For producers, it’s proof their product stands up to scrutiny and is respected by some of the best palates in the business. For bars, it’s a chance to stock drinks with serious credibility. It adds substance to your list and shows your customers you care about quality, not just what’s trending.
These awards back what really matters: taste. That’s what people remember, recommend and reorder.
So, next time you see a bottle or can wearing a Great Taste star, don’t overlook it. It’s not just there for show. It’s a signpost to a standout product, and your customers will taste the difference.
Get some award winning products on your list. Sales increase when you highlight them on your menu so customers can upgrade!
ALC FREE PALE ALE | 0.5%
Vibrant and juicy pale ale with flavours of passion fruit and lime. At 0.5% ABV, this low alcohol brew is still a beer, just one that can be enjoyed at any time.
One ingredient. That’s it. A bold, hard Italian cheese made with 400 litres of fresh milk per wheel—seriously good stuff.
A Superior smoothness and simply blended with Spring Water to retain the full essence of the Botanicals, leading to a wonderful louche or clouding of the spirit when cooled or mixed.
An intensely refreshing aperitivo with a bittersweet backbone, herbal notes and a tang of citrus. A big-sipping drink hand-blended in small batches at Lannock Farm, the Botivo blend of five raw ingredients takes over 1 year from start to finish.
A best of British collaboration. Made in collaboration with multi star winning Bottle Green using Edwards 1902 premium English Potato Vodka and fragrant handpicked elderflowers courtesy of Bottlegreen, this elegant, floral vodka liqueur is the ultimate cocktail component.
CRUSH HOUR
HAZY PALE ALE | 4.6%
Crisp and light with just a spritz of juice and gentle haze, it's constantly crushable, hour after hour.
Nitrogen-infused beers are expanding beyond stouts, with breweries applying nitro to a variety of styles, from pale ales to sours. The result? A smoother, creamier drinking experience that offers something truly different. Carling Premier anyone?
Beer-cider hybrids are emerging, blending the hoppy bitterness of beer with the crisp fruitiness of cider. These hybrids offer refreshing alternatives and appeal to both beer and cider drinkers looking for something in between.
Eco-friendly brewing practices are becoming essential. Breweries are focusing on water conservation, carbon neutrality, and sustainable packaging. Expect more zero-waste beers and partnerships with sustainable agriculture.
Not exactly a new trend but this category shows no sign of stopping. Non-alcoholic beer options are growing in variety and quality. Craft breweries are investing in creating rich, full-flavoured alcohol-free beers that rival their traditional counterparts. These offerings are ideal for capturing the mindful drinking market.
Barrel-ageing isn't just for whisky anymore. Breweries are more so than ever ageing their beers in whisky, rum, or wine barrels, infusing them with deep, complex flavours. Whether it's a stout with hints of bourbon or a sour aged in Chardonnay barrels, these beers add a premium element to your offerings, ideal for drinkers seeking a richer experience.
When dispense gas prices are on the way up and at times it seems that consistent availability is going the opposite direction, its now more important than ever to get a good understanding of how product you can dispense on one canister.

Dispense capacities can only be given as an approximate guide due to many factors such as:
• Gas Pumps for cask ales: these can be heavy users of gas
• Line Cleaning: various methods used, predominantly pressurising a line cleaning bottle with gas, this will be affected by the size of the bottle and by the number of dispense heads
• Most cellars may experience background leaks at some point

Whether you call it a keg connector a coupler or a fitment.. There is a world of names for these essential pieces of equipment. But for any draft beer or soft drink system the performance of the keg coupler is vital. The keg coupler connects the gas and beverage lines to the keg and ensures a pressurized flow from the keg.

In a quest to create the perfect FAQ section, we asked our team, “what is the most asked question when speaking with our customers?” The answer to this came without much thought or hesitation, and despite being pipped into first place by ‘we cant find you’ (one of the downsides of our depot being in rural Warwickshire), there was one clear winner by a country mile.*
I have a problem in my cellar, who do I call? “ “
This question is frequently delivered in a tone of panic and accompanied by gas hissing or (worse) beer flowing onto the cellar floor or (even more catastrophic) no beer coming out the taps. But the answer isn’t always that simple. So, when faced with this query, our team can only answer it effectively once we’ve asked a question.
“Who is your lead/domain brewer? “
This is usually followed by a pause and ponder from the caller, swiftly followed by, “What the
hell does that mean?” So in this article, we try to explain in more detail and offer some guidance you can share with your team when you need some assistance when that time comes.
For all cellar and drinks dispense problems, the brand owner of the products provides first-line technical services support. However, in most cases, one brewer/supplier/producer will cover all of your cellar equipment if they occupy a majority share of your draught lines. This is known as the ‘lead or domain brewer’
when this happens. Whoever this is, they will be the number you call when any cellar issues arise.
OK, how do i find out who mine is?
The ’lead brewer’ is known as a brewer that occupies the majority of the taps at your venue. They are responsible for servicing and
maintaining the remote beer cooler in the cellar, pythons, the primary gas-reducing valve, their branded fonts and underbar secondary cooling.
A brand owner who is not a lead brewer is only responsible for their font, underbar secondary cooling, backboard equipment in the cellar and secondary gas-reducing valves.
you’re singing ghostbusters right?
•If all beers are fobbing/not pouring and your remote cooler is not working correctly, you should contact your lead brewer.
•If you have one product down and everything else is pouring correctly, at the correct temperature, you should contact the brand owner of the product
•If you have issues with a cask handpull/beer engine for a permanent cask ale installation, you should contact the brand owner of the product.
•If you have a gas leak that isn’t isolated to a particular keg/container, contact your lead brewer.
•If you have issues with a handpull/keg line for an independent rotating keg or cask ale, you should contact the installers of this equipment.

Orchard View is the product of the combined skill of Shepherd Neame and Sheppy’s, Somerset’s oldest family cidermakers. It uses the finest dessert, culinary and cider apple varieties, artfully blended to create a bright, light strawcoloured cider with a fresh, rustic apple orchard aroma.
The cider boasts a wellbalanced, crisp palate and gentle, drying finish. It is suitable for vegans and gluten free.
A fusion of four UK and US hops, First Drop Session IPA was originally created by Shepherd Neame as a limited-edition craft keg beer. Due to its popularity, it joined the independent family brewer’s permanent range earlier this year.
Water from the artesian well beneath Shepherd Neame’s historic Faversham brewery is combined with the finest English Pale malt and then infused with UK Challenger and Jester hops, as well as US hops, Mosaic and Amarillo, to create a crisp, zesty brew.
It boasts lively citrus aromas and flavours, with a refreshingly wellbalanced finish.
Hailing from the US, cider makers spent 15 years experimenting at their home in Cincinnati with ‘hard’ cider before perfecting Angry Orchard.
Refreshing and sweet with a pale straw colour, Angry Orchard is made from nine different varieties of apples and is naturally gluten free.

Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer, has been proudly brewing in the historic market town of Faversham, Kent since 1698. That’s over 300 years of brewing brilliance and counting.
We’re family-run, totally independent, and seriously passionate about two things: brewing award-winning beer
and running equally great pubs. If you’ve had a pint of Spitfire, Master Brew, or Bishops Finger, you’ve already had a taste of what we do best.
But don’t go thinking we’re stuck in the past. We’re also behind fresh favourites like:
With 289 pubs, hotels and inns across Kent, London and the South East, you’re never too far from a Shepherd Neame pint. We’re pouring over 70 million pints a year and We’ve also picked up over 40 awards for our range of beers.
We’re big on sustainability too — 97% of our grain and hops get reused as animal feed on local farms. The rest? We recycle like pros - and we’ve got big green goals:
Zero waste to landfill by 2025
Net zero carbon for direct emissions by 2030
Net zero supply chain emissions by 2040
We’re proudly local. 98% of our malt is UK-sourced and 80% of our hops come from a 10-mile radius around the brewery. Great tasting beer starts with quality, locally-souced ingredients.
OUR BEERS REALLY ARE WORLD CLASS!
During the past year, our fantastic production team have won more than a dozen brewing accolades including five World Beer Awards. Cheers to that!

Say hello to Centro Session IPA, our newest, gluten free, core beer here at Attic Brew Co. We’re all aware the beer market is constantly evolving and recently we’ve seen a growing demand for lighter, more approachable and refreshing beers. This is even more true as we head towards the summer and hopefully some sunny weather!
With more and more drinkers becoming interested in craft beer, we’re launching Centro to help attract them into the craft beer world. With its refreshing flavour and clear appearance it’s a perfect beer to make the step up into more hop driven beers but without the challenge that some of the more hazy, hoppy beers present.
Brewed to be bright and refreshing, like a lager, it’s hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo which give it subtle flavour notes of soft berries, citrus and tropical fruits. It’s perfect for folks wanting to start their journey into more hoppy, craft beer.
The name and design pay homage to the West Midlands’ transport network of yesteryear - as always it’s eye-catching and immediately recognisable as an Attic Beer so consumers will know they’re getting the great taste and quality they’ve come to expect from our beers.
Available in keg, can and cask so there’s something for everyone. Why not hop aboard and enjoy a pint of Centro this summer!
From humble beginnings to being one of the key players in the UK beer scene, we now produce around a million litres a year, sold in pint cans and on tap up and down the country and beyond. Everything we do here at Arbor is driven by our desire to make a diverse, interesting range of beers that offer something for
everyone, and most importantly, that we really want to drink ourselves. We’re proud to be one of the only breweries in the UK packaging our beers in pint cans, and are always working to deliver good value, great tasting pale ales, IPA’s, Imperial stouts, and everything in between.
To celebrate partnering with Lost and Grounded Brewers, our customers have access to an exclusive deal this summer! New customers who sign up to a permanent listing of EXTRA NICE, HELLES or KELLER PILS will receive a complimentary launch keg, plus another bonus keg after 3 months of stocking to say thanks!

We take real, super-fresh apples, let wild fermentation do its thing (because nature knows what it’s doing), and create cider that actually tastes like apples. It’s crisp. It’s dry. It’s sweet. It’s balanced. It’s outrageously drinkable. And it doesn’t have any of that added weird nonsense. Because we respect the fresh fruit, and we respect you.
At our absolute core is fermentation. It happens spontaneously with wild yeast every year. It’s feral, complex, and a full on expression of our geography.
Our cidery sits bang on the border of Wiltshire and Somerset right near Bath. Our apples draw on Somerset’s famous bittersweet fruit heritage, giving us beautiful tannic baselines and a balance you just can’t get using concentrate syrup, fast fermentations and lab-made yeast.
It’s cider made fresh start to finish by people who love it.
We use it generously. Guided by nature, the fresh fermenting juice stays in tank for as long as it takes for it’s character to develop and tannins to round. That could be 12 months. But hey, this is the West Country, there’s no rush.
Once the cider’s finally ready, our skilled cider makers take over. Every drop stays in our hands, right here at Iford.
Fermentation, ageing, finishing, blending, packing, it’s all done in-house. No shortcuts. No outsourcing. No mystery middlemen. Just our team, our juice, our care. We taste, tweak, and tune each batch obsessively.
Then we pack it right here at our cidery, whether it’s going into kegs or cans making sure it reaches the world exactly as intended: fresh, honest, and full of the good stuff.

‘Award-Winning’
But What’s really in an Award?! -
Don’t be sheepish!
These days, ever y drinks brand claims to be award-winning – but not all awards are created equal. So which ones actually matter?
The International Brewing & Cider Awards - known as the Oscars of the Industr y - have been running since 1888, judged by working professionals and held in the highest regard.
We’re proud to say our Phantom Of The Orchard (1% LO -ALC) not only took Gold in the No/Low Alcohol Cider Class, but also won the Innovation Trophy.
Then there’s the International Cider Challenge, run by Drinks Retailing. While they dish out medals generously, only one Trophy is awarded per st yleand Cotswold Prime (4.6% ABV) took the top spot in its tannin-led categor y.
Two top trophies. One easy choice. Stock the real good stuff this summer.

Consumers are still loving low-sugar drinks, but now they’re seeking options that taste indulgent. Premium low-calorie sodas are using natural sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit to deliver big, bold flavours without the guilt.
Often thought of as the same thing, sparkling tea drinks and Kombucha are gaining ground as a lighter, more refreshing alternative to soft drinks. From matcha to herbal tea blends, craft sparkling teas are not only lower in sugar but offer a unique flavour profile that feels grown-up and elegant. Kombucha, with its natural fermentation process, adds a tangy twist and a gut-friendly boost, appealing to health-conscious consumers who want a functional drink without sacrificing flavour. Both sparkling teas and kombucha bring a sophisticated, wellness-driven option to your drinks menu.
As sustainability becomes a priority, brands are introducing zero-waste or fully recyclable packaging for soft drinks. For bars, stocking these eco-conscious options can signal a commitment to environmental responsibility.
Health-conscious consumers are turning to drinks that serve more than just refreshment. Expect an increase in beverages packed with adaptogens, probiotics, or ingredients like CBD and nootropics that support wellness.
Soft drinks are taking a page from the cocktail world, incorporating sophisticated botanicals like lavender, rose, and elderflower into their formulas. These delicate flavours appeal to those looking for more refined, natural-tasting options.
The demand for unique and bold flavours is pushing exotic fruits like yuzu, dragon fruit, lychee, and passionfruit into the spotlight. These flavours are being incorporated into craft sodas and sparkling waters, offering consumers a refreshing break from the usual citrus and berry options, and bringing a tropical flair to non-alcoholic offerings.

IN SHOCKING SCENES report-
ed from venues up and down the country, two bar owners have once again clashed over their weekly order routine.
One of them still fires off their order by email every week. Misses half the products, spells “Pinot” four different ways, and spends the rest of the day wondering if it actually sent. Eyewitnesses even report that the email sender was later overheard asking if “Tequila” has two Ls.
The other calmly opened Order Pad from Inn Express, ticked a few boxes, set their par levels, and hit “Order Now” - all before their colleague had finished saying “Have you got the email address?”
They’ve saved their usual products, set par levels, and placed their order in under a minute. No forgotten lines. No guessing games. No back-and-forth with customer service because “I thought I’d ordered that”.
Order Pad works on mobile, tablet or desktop.

Origin: Early 1800’s, Northern Italy
Created By: Austrian soldiers
Meaning: Spritz means ‘splash’ in German
Original Mix: Local wine & splash of water
Modern Mix: Sparkling wine + bitter liqueur
SPRITZ MIGHT FEEL
Italian through and through. These days, it certainly is. But its roots trace back to the early 1800s when Austrian soldiers stationed in northern Italy found the local wines a bit too bold for their palate. Their solution? Add a splash (“spritz”) of water to soften things up. That splash turned into a trend. Over time, it evolved, first with soda
VAULT APERITIVO

water, then with sparkling wine, and eventually with bitter liqueurs like Select, Aperol or Campari joining the mix.
Starting as a simple dilution became a category in its own right. The modern Spritz isn’t just a cocktail. It’s a symbol of sunshine, social moments and effortless refreshment. That’s why it deserves pride of place on your menu.

We’ve been behind Crazy Gin since the early days – first crossing paths in 2017 and instantly hooked by their (bordering-on-geeky) passion for flavour. From base spirit to final pour, they extract character from every step of the process, blending British and Indian influences with serious skill (and infectious enthusiasm).
Every drop is packed with purpose, and it shows in both of their standout gins:
The world’s first clear Lassi Gin is light, refreshing, and delicately spiced, with a smooth, savoury finish. Punjabi Chai Gin blends black tea and aromatic chai spices with a creamy coconut finish — a bold twist that tastes like nothing else on the back bar and pairs beautifully with ginger ale.
So we’re buzzing now to be partnering with the Crazy Gin founders on a bold new campaign that takes their story from distillery to bar — celebrating British-Indian creativity, unforgettable flavour, and the venues that bring it all to life.
If you’re already pouring Crazy Gin and want your venue to be featured as part of this exciting journey, or if you’d like to book a tasting and see how Crazy Gin could bring something unforgettable to your menu, this is your moment to join the journey.
Here’s what’s on the table:
• Free tasting with the founders
• On-site training and perfect serves
• Join National campaign support
• Get your venue featured
Drop the Crazy Gin team a quick message at info@crazyco.uk to get involved.
It’s a story your customers will taste and remember.
Our Story is
Our name derives from the many ‘witch marks’ found on the beautiful old stone buildings that make up our distillery, dating as far back as the early 1600s. These ‘witch marks’, made from scribing interlinking circles, were carved into the stone and wood beams of our buildings to protect the occupants and the produce within from evil spirits.
Nestled in southwest Wiltshire's historic 9,000-acre Fonthill Estate, Witchmark crafts single origin English spirits with a unique approach.
Unlike other brands, we create our own neutral grain spirit for gins and vodkas, ensuring complete control over quality from grain to glass.
Our Grade II listed barn from the 1600s houses a distillery and visitor centre where we use premium barley from local chalk downlands and pure limestone- ltered water.
We're pioneering a greener distilling future, meticulously crafting spirits that honour our landscape and legacy with every drop re ecting our unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship.
Our range includes Wiltshire Gin, Black Lime Gin, and Vodka, with our rst single malt whisky debuting in 2027. A new chapter in whisky history is being written and it’s etched in Wiltshire stone.
BOOK A TOUR AND EXPERIENCE THE SPIRIT OF WILTSHIRE.
WILTSHIRE GIN
Wiltshire gin is a celebration of oral elegance and citrus brightness, balanced with herbal and spicy notes. A juniper-forward pro le is harmonzed by lime and grapefruit, while lavender, orange blossom, and jasmine add fragrant complexity. Ginger and basil provide warmth, and sloe brings a touch of sweetness for a layered avour.
V Rum is a bold and unapologetic celebration of modern sustainable rum-making, distilled in the UK.

What does your role as Brugal Brand Ambassador entail?
My role covers a wide range of responsibilities, from training account teams and bartenders, leading workshops, and more. It’s all about supporting our partners by equipping them with the right tools and training materials—not just for Brugal, but also on the broader rum category. This helps them understand the role of ultra-premium dark rums and where Brugal fits with regards to consumers.
What’s special about the rum category in 2025?
It’s an exciting time for rum; insights show that the ultra-premium dark rum category is forecasted to grow ahead of all other spirits. A key trend driving this is that people are consuming less but purchasing higher quality spirits, and that’s created an interesting space for Brugal to play in.
What trends are you seeing in the on-trade with regards to rum serves?
The most poignant one is ‘the classics’ aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. A Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Negroni, they remain timeless, well-balanced cocktails but the key to a classic? The base spirits must be exceptional. Consumers in the ultra-premium space have stepped away from overly sweetened cocktails,
instead favouring those that are drier in style and hero the spirit that’s being worked with, Brugal can play a valuable role when elevating a classic.
What makes Brugal unique?
We have such depth of history and heritage; our Dominican Republic home is where exceptional climates and ingredients have enabled us to craft our outstanding rum. The quality Brugal has reached today pays homage to the skills learned and exquisite innovation from 5 generations of Maestros Roneros. Our innovative pioneering cask mastery techniques, such as double aging for our Brugal 1888 in ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks, results in a complex, drier-style rum making it perfect for sipping and for cocktails.
How would you use Brugal in a cocktail?
A go-to for me would be the 1888 Rum Negroni – it’s perfect a casual sipping cocktail for those summer evenings with friendsfragrant, tropical and fruity. Looking for something a little more special? A Maestro Reserva Manhattan would be my showcase cocktail - the added flair of a miso fat wash truly highlights the complexity and depth of this exceptional rum.
