Welcome to InLife

Support you’ll love and trust

Who is InLife?

A message from David, our CEO.

Choosing a disability support provider can be tricky. We know how important it is to find one who is the perfect fit for you.

At InLife, we’re passionate about improving disability support. We’ve looked at every feature with a single question: how can we make it better? We’ve examined it all, from how we structure our teams, to recruitment, rostering and the quality of support we provide. This means we often do things differently from other providers.

Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many, it has had a profound impact on their lives.

Disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity. We welcome the chance to talk about how we can help provide that.

Enhancing your quality of life

We’re a disability support provider for clients with frequent or complex needs.

InLife was founded as a not-forprofit organisation in 2015.

The aim was to create the highest quality agency we could and reshape disability support for the better.

Today, we support more than 250 people across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

We’ve developed a reliable teambased support model that puts clients front and centre.

The following pages explore the things we do to enhance your quality of life.

Support that’s right for you

We put the needs of each individual client at the heart of our service design.

InLife’s coordinators make our service special

Unique to InLife, your coordinator is your goto person for everything related to your supports. Highly trained and with low caseloads, they’ll partner with you to build and manage a team just for you. They’re a friendly and familiar face you can count on. And they’ll even fill in shifts if you need it.

A team-based model of support

Your coordinator will work with you to build a team of assistants that’s right for you. A client service manager provides them with an extra layer of support, mentoring your team and helping to resolve any issues. In the background other teams work to ensure everyone is supported to deliver the best service possible.

We personalise quality — not everyone’s safeguarding needs are the same

• Client-specific training plans combine face-to-face training, shadow shifts and e-learning. They’re tracked and delivered via our mobilefriendly myLearning platform

• Custom shift notes provide primary evidence to inform support strategies and funding reviews

• Client service managers approve behaviour support plans (BSPs), not someone from outside your team

• If safeguarding or compliance requirements aren’t relevant for you, we won’t bug you about them!

Making the move

Whether this is your first time accessing in-home support or you’re switching providers, we take a thoughtful, considered approach to your transition.

Transitioning to InLife

No unnecessary barriers. No problem collaborating with other providers. No worries. The transition process is straightforward with your client service manager and coordinator to guide you.

You can transition at your own pace – only a bit to start with, or use us in collaboration with another provider, it’s up to you.

Bring your team

If you want to bring your current assistants with you, you can — we’ll welcome them to the InLife community. Once they meet compliance requirements they can enjoy everything InLife has to offer.

Transitioning from hospital and aged care

We love helping people move from a hospital or aged care facility to independent living. Your InLife coordinator starts working with you straight away to gain hands-on experience. This helps the coordinator train your team ready for your arrival home.
