In October 2013, we moved our production and offices to entirely new premises. Our new warehouse has 5,000 sq. m. of space which enables us to stock more than three million cups and mugs. We have installed a state-of-the-art tunnel kiln which has increased our productivity by as much as 50%, not to mention the fact that we can now offer significantly shorter lead times. We have also improved the performance of our machinery, with the introduction of a new, technologically sophisticated, printing machine with a capability of direct printing in up to six colours. This all brings added value to our business.
Bereits im Oktober 2013 hatten wir sowohl die Produktion als auch den administrativen Bereich in unser neues Firmengebäude umgesiedelt. Ein neues Hochregallager mit einer Kapazität von 5.000 qm bietet Platz für über 3 Millionen Tassen und Bechern. Wir haben einen weiteren Tunnelofen nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik in Betrieb genommen, der zugleich unsere Produktivität um ca. 50% erhöht und die Durchlaufzeiten nochmal erheblich verkürzt. Die Leistungssteigerung unseres Maschinenparks, der erst jüngst durch eine neue, technologisch hochmoderne Direktdruckmaschine für bis zu 6 Farben ergänzt wurde, erhöht zusätzlich die Wertschöpfung unseres Geschäfts.

OUR DESIGNERS / UNSERE DESIGNER Wir wissen alle wie angenehm es ist , wenn der Becher gut in der Hand liegt und sich leicht umgreifen lässt. Gerade solche Aspekte werden während der Gestaltungsphase eines Bechers geprüft. Der Becher ist ein Werk, welcher uns aus jeder Sichtweise, ob von der Seite, von oben oder direkt von vorne ästhetischen Wert bietet. Das Entwerfen von Bechern erfordert Wissen, Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten und großes Einfühlungsvermögen. Unsere Designer schaffen es, sich in die Stimmung des künftigen Empfängers zu versetzen. Ihre kreative Vorstellungskraft ermöglicht es, den Becher an die Atmosphäre verschiedener Inneneinrichtungen, Raumgestaltungen und an die Umgebung des Nutzers anzupassen. Die Realisierung eines neuen Designs ist ein langer Prozess, denn Funktionalität mit visueller Attraktivät zu verbinden ist immer wieder eine Herausforderung.
We all know that this is a nice feeling when a mug fits in with the hand, can be easily grasped and tilted. These are the activities that are subject to tests when designing a mug. A mug is a work that at every angle of vision, looking at its front, side and from above, provides us with aesthetic experience. It should evoke a feeling of calm, relax and sometimes even joy in every situation. Designing mugs requires knowledge, experience, skills and usual human empathy. Our designers can get the feel of the mood of a future recipient. Their creative imagination enables them to harmonize a mug with the atmosphere of different interiors, arrangements and climates of home. Successful projects are preceded by a long searching process as combining functionality with visual attractiveness is not so easy.
Marzena Wolińska - A graduate in design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (currently the University of Arts). She has worked at her home university for a dozen or so of years now. Currently she is in charge of the Department of Design, in which she leads Product Design Studio. She has a Ph.D and she is a professor of the University of Arts in Poznań. She deals with designing functional art forms for the ceramic and glass industries. She has cooperated with the largest producers operating in these industries in Poland, creating classic, modern and avantgarde designs. She is an author of numerous implementations of china and glass vessels, which are present on the Polish and global market. Marzena Wolińska - Absolventin eines Designstudiums an der Kunstuniversität in Posen. Seit vielen Jahren arbeitet sie an dieser Hochschule. Gegenwärtig verantwortet sie die Fachrichtung Design, in der sie die Werkstatt für Produktdesign leitet. Sie trägt den Titel Dr. hab. – Prof. UAP. (UAP: Abkürzung für Kunstuniversität Posen). Sie befasst sich mit dem Designen von funktionalen Formen für die Keramik- und Glasindustrie. Bis jetzt hat sie unter anderem mit den größten Produzenten Polens dieser Branchen zusammengearbeitet und dabei sowohl klassische, moderne wie auch avantgardistische Designs entworfen. Viele der von ihr entworfenen Produktdesigns aus Porzellan und Glas sind auf dem polnischen sowie dem weltweiten Markt heutzutage zu finden.
Tomasz Ogrodowski - fine artist, designer. For many years affiliated with Jewellery Design Studio at the Academy of Art in Łódź, former head of Design Department in „YES”. A guest of domestic and international exhibitions, including the exhibitions in Basel (Switzerland), Havana (Cuba) and Leipzig (Germany). His works have been published among others in „Design Sourcebook – Jewellery” by David Watkins (published by New Holland) and „Metalsmith: Exhibition in Print” (published by Society of North American Goldsmith). A prizewinner of Swarovski’s „GEM VISIONS 2011” and its collaborator (interpretation of trends for 2011-2014). The artist designs jewellery, watches, silver items and new technology devices. His ceramic designs are a combination of artistry, futurism and tradition. Tomasz Ogrodowski - Künstler der Plastik, Designer. Über die Jahre verbunden mit der Werkstatt für Schmuckdesign an der Kunstakademie in Lodz, ehemaliger Leiter der Designabteilung „YES“. Er ist Gast nationaler und internationaler Ausstellungen u. a. in Basel, Havanna und Leipzig. Veröffentlichungen seiner Arbeit sind u. a. im „Design Sourcebook-Jewellery“ von David Watkins (Verlag New Holland), als auch „Metalsmith: Exhibition in Print” (Verlag Society of North American Goldsmith) zu finden.
