INK Creative Strategies is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in destination marketing, tourism, and downtown revitalization. With a strong presence in the downtown space, INK focuses on supporting Special Improvement Districts (SIDs) and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) across New Jersey. The firm’s expertise includes downtown consulting, management services, and redevelopment planning, all aimed at fostering revitalization and economic vitality for communities.
INK Creative takes a unique approach to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystems within improvement districts by combining strategic communications, community engagement, and place-based marketing to amplify local business voices, attract investment, and foster inclusive economic growth.
INK has served as consultants to the Downtown Somerville Alliance - the Special Improvement District in downtown Somerville, NJ (management and administrative consulting), the Borough of Dunellen (in conducting a feasibility study to establish a Special Improvement District), the Bound Brook Revitalization Partnership (full district management and strategic planning), the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District (strategic planning, marketing and event planning), and the Borough of Roselle (contracted to create a strategic plan for the Urban Enterprise Zone).
INK also serves as the manging entity for Downtown New Jersey, the statewide advocacy organization for downtowns and commercial corridors.

RESPONSIBLE FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING, MARKETING AND PR SUPPORT

Natalie Pineiro is the Founder and CEO of INK Creative Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in destination marketing, tourism, and downtown revitalization. With over a decade of experience leading communications and economic development efforts across New Jersey, Natalie brings deep expertise in working with Special Improvement Districts (SIDs)/Business Improvement Districts (BIDs). She has provided strategic and management consulting to districts including the Downtown Somerville Alliance, the Perth Amboy Business Improvement Corporation, the Bound Brook Revitalization Partnership, and the Borough of Dunellen, where she conducted a feasibility study to establish a SID. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Downtown New Jersey, the statewide advocacy organization for downtowns and commercial corridors. Previously, she was Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority, leading outreach and planning for municipal training programs A seasoned communicator and strategist, Natalie was also recognized with a 40 Under 40 Award from the Somerset County Business Partnership for her support of small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic
ANA TABORDA, SOCIAL/DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBLE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT/CONTENT CREATION
Ana Taborda-Tobon is a bilingual communications professional with expertise in digital content creation, social media management, and event coordination. A magna cum laude graduate from The College of New Jersey with a specialization in interpersonal and strategic communication, Ana has excelled in fostering community engagement and promoting economic vitality Her experience includes coordinating programs, managing social media campaigns, and organizing events for the Downtown Somerville Alliance, where she collaborated with over 100 business owners to enhance local business visibility. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ana is dedicated to strengthening relationships and driving participation within diverse communities, aligning her skills with the mission of revitalizing downtown areas
DARYL STEWART, SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER
RESPONSIBLE FOR EVENT COORDINATION/SPECIAL PROJECTS
Daryl Stewart is a community-centric creative with a diverse background in the not-forprofit sector. he has 10+ years of experience in various administrative, creative, and arts management roles. he is a Dynamic, collaborative, resourceful, and organized creative thought leader whose experience in curating events includes work with I Heart Radio, Union Township Special Improvement District, Garden State Equality, Newark Alliance, STEAMUrban, Newark Arts Festival, Halsey Street Festival, Newark Arts Council and Newark City Parks Foundation
