We are so excited to share our Christmas offering with you. We have something for everyone, from Kids Christmas Cabaret (a special treat for all the family) to party nights, our Christmas menu and our fabulous Hogmanay Gala Ball. We can’t wait to welcome you to Ingliston this festive season!

Join Santa and his Frozen friends for Ingliston’s first Christmas Cabaret this December! Featuring Elsa, Anna and Olaf, along with Santa, and his elves entertaining you all this festive season. Come along, receive a treat and enjoy some of Ingliston’s best festive food which is available to purchase on the day.

Spiced Roast Butternut Squash and Carrot Soup (v)

Finished with crème fraiche.

Smoked Salmon and Prawn Tian

Scottish hot smoked salmon, cray fish and Marie rose tian finished with lemon mayonnaise, served with our cucumber, beetroot and caper dressing.

Ham Hock Terrine with Italian Dressing

Slow cooked ham hock terrine with a chorizo and sun blush tomato dressing, served with soft herbs.

MAIN COURSE

Traditional Roast Turkey

Served with all the trimmings of stuffing, chipolatas, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, and a port and cranberry jus.

Oven Baked Salmon with a Champagne caviar sauce

Oven baked Scottish Salmon, wrapped in leeks, finished with a Champagne caviar cream sauce. Served with seasonal vegetables and roast potato roast potatoes.

Baked Beetroot Risotto (v)

Baked beetroot tossed through traditional Italian rice, finished with sage infused carrot crisps, feta cheese and micro garlic.

Christmas Day Family Extravaganza in Grand Marquee (This is a lively event)

Aimed at Families – enjoy a family fun-filled Christmas Day with Ingliston in our new Grand Marquee, Resident DJ, entertainment, and fun for all the family.

Times: 2:30pm arrival for 3pm to be seated.

The Trio

A trio of tasting starters consisting of a mini salmon roulde with a chive citrus cream cheese, Scottish oat cake with chicken liver parfait finished with a pear and apple chutney and a mini garlic crostini topped with a basil infused tomato and red onion mix finished with baby mozzarella.

It’s the biggest night of the year, so why not pull out all the stops and start 2024 as you mean to go on at our NYE Ball. Enjoy a chilled glass of fizz and mouthwatering canapes, followed by a sumptous three course meal and entertainment ‘til the bells and beyond. Roast Red Pepper and Red Lentil Soup (v) Finished with herb croutons.

Ham Hock Terrine

Pressed terrine of slow cooked British ham hocks, with wholegrain & Dijon mustards, honey & parsley. Served with Pear and apple chutney and oat cakes.

Chorizo and Borlotti Bean Bruschetta

Toasted sourdough bread with garlic butter and melted mozzarella, topped with Spicy bean and Chorizo stew, finished with Feta cheese and micro corriander

MAIN COURSE

Traditional Roast Turkey

Traditional turkey served with stuffing, chipolatas, sautéed potato, and seasonal vegetables. Served with a cranberry and red wine jus. Pulled Beef and Mushroom Pizza.

Our homemade pizza base topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese slow cooked pulled beef and sautéed chestnut mushroom, finished with a drizzle of truffle mayonnaise, chestnut crumb, and crisp rocket.

Spaghetti Gamberetti

Tiger prawns and courgette sautéed in a garlic white wine sauce tossed through Spaghetti pasta and finished with sun blush tomato, lemon and chilli.

Penne Siciliana (v)

Penne pasta tossed through Aubergine and red onion sautéed in garlic and white wine, finished with green pesto and a touch of Napoli sauce, garnished with buffalo mozzarella.

DESSERT

Classic Christmas Pudding

Served with our warm brandy sauce.

Affogato (v)

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream served with a shot of ‘Azzurro’ espresso and our almond biscotti biscuit.

Xmas Brownie
