Wedding Terms & Conditions 1.

A provisional booking can be held, without obligation, for up to 7 days.

2.

Should your booking not be confirmed within 7 days ICC & EC reserve the right to release the booking with no advance notification.

3.

All bookings must be confirmed by signing our terms and conditions within 7 days, accompanied by a payment of ÂŁ500.00.

4.

A payment of 50% of the estimated total (less deposits paid to date) will be due 9 months prior to the event date.

5.

A payment of 25% of the estimated total (less deposits paid to date) is due 6 months prior to the event date.

6.

A full and final payment of the balance must be settled 14 days prior to the event date.

7.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8.

Any outstanding charges must be settled prior to departure.

9.

Cancellation – All pre-payments are forfeited in the event of cancellation. If cancelled within 14 days of the event taking place, the final balance is also due.

10. All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Should this rate alter the brochure prices may be subject to change.

11. Prices are reviewed annually and are valid until 31 Dec each year.

12. ICC & EC reserve the right to alter pricing should there be an increase in market costs.

13. ICC & EC reserve the right to set minimum numbers for every event. Salerno weddings will contract a minimum of 80 day guests, Thursday to Sunday and 60 day guests, Monday to Wednesday.

14. Final numbers must be submitted 14 days prior to the event.

15. The Hotel Honeymoon Suite is complimentary in all packages. All other accommodation is subject to availability.

16. Children under the age of 16 should be supervised at all times whilst on the Ingliston Estate attending a function or resident.

17. Confetti, fireworks and Chinese lanterns are not permitted on the Ingliston Estate.

18. The customer will be held responsible for any wilful damage to the premises by their guests.

19. ICC & EC reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
