Ingenia Lifestyle communities offer lowmaintenance, independent living under the land lease model, where residents own their home and lease the land it sits on, paying a weekly fee to cover the community’s operating costs.
The land lease model offers a range of financial benefits:

• Community manager
• Maintenance and upkeep of public areas including roads and kerbs, garden maintenance and tree pruning

What isn’t included?
Homeowners are responsible for the cost of their own utilities, home and garden maintenance, and home and contents insurance as required.
Can I get rent assistance?
Because you own your home but lease the land, you may be eligible for rent assistance to subsidise a portion of the weekly fee. This will vary based on your personal circumstances and your weekly fee, but as an example, a resident paying $200 per week could be eligible for up to around $75 per week in rent assistance.
