17000 Katy Freeway is a new 174,000 square foot building located in the Park Ten masterplanned business park in far west Houston. The building offered one of the largest blocks of space in its submarket, floor sizes to accommodate the market’s “typical” tenant, and good access to the primary circulation corridors in the city. Informetrics created a building website and email marketing program to support the leasing team.
